- The lead packages are Guaranteed inspections where you are able to meet with the homeowner that has agreed to the inspection and will allow you to inspect the roof. At the end of your contract, You will have your total amount of leads purchased in status.
- In the case, a homeowner is not present at the time of the appointment (Not Home) or Refuses the inspection (Refusal) You must within 48 hours after the date of the appointment, otherwise lead will be CHARGED and unable to be contested as the commission will be paid automatically to the agent that secured the lead for you.
- Once our quality control department receives your Credit Request, They’ll review the reason of the C.R. and either attempt to reschedule in case of a no show or get to the bottom of why the H.O. refused the inspection to attempt to re-onboard the H.O. once again if possible. In the final case, we can’t either reschedule a Not home or a Refusal you will be granted and the appointment is replaced for a NEW appointment at NO additional cost to you!
- Leads will be delivered in the fastest time frame possible that your campaign areas, campaign guidelines, and calendar availability will allow us.
All of our appointments are submitted through our own Smart Appointment Manager (SAM) CRM and delivered via Email, Text, or both.
